4. Modification or Alteration of User Data:
SHARC does not modify, alter, or manipulate user-submitted data unless required for technical processing, compliance with legal requirements, or service optimization. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data they provide on the platform. SHARC reserves the right to correct formatting errors, remove prohibited content, or update system-generated records as necessary to maintain platform integrity and compliance with applicable laws. Users may request modifications to their data by submitting a written request, subject to verification and applicable data protection laws. However, SHARC reserves the right to deny modification requests if they conflict with legal, contractual, or operational obligations. Any unauthorized alteration, falsification, or misuse of data by Users may result in account suspension, legal action, or permanent removal from the platform.

Candidates may request the deletion of their data by submitting a formal request via email verification with a one-time password (OTP) authentication process to ensure security and compliance. Upon receiving a valid request, SHARC will process the deletion of personal data within 30 days, except where retention is mandated under applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
