For candidates based in the UAE, we retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For placed candidates, we retain data for the duration of the placement guarantee period plus 1 year. For unplaced candidates, we retain data for up to 2 years from the last interaction, after which it is anonymized or deleted unless you explicitly consent to longer retention.
Cross-Border Transfers (UAE)
Your data may be transferred to and processed in India. We ensure that such transfers are supported by appropriate contractual safeguards requiring our service providers and processing partners to maintain standards of data protection equivalent to those in the UAE.
